Video Learning of Traditional Baguaquan and Xingyiquan

Welcome everyone to this teaching website for traditional Baguaquan and Xingyiquan, focused on martial efficiency and longevity cultivation. My teaching is rooted in four decades study of Internal Martial Arts - the Neijiaquan I learned from 1996-1999 as the live-in student of Marpa Chen (Teacher of Taiwan's Presidential Bodyguards), the Yin Fu Baguaquan system which I have studied since 1999 with Master He Jinghan, and studies with other excellent teachers since 1980. I teach a comprehensive carriculum of weapons/barehand martial strategy and skills, fused with Neigong cultivation for longevity and inner power, through which tremendous vortex power and sinew strength can be generated. These arts were used to great effect by bodyguards inside the Qing Palace and those protecting the merchant caravans and mansions, and work equally well now both for security professionals and civilians. My students include many close protection and military professionals, as well as civilians from all walks of life.
